Can you back a standard M35A2 up to a loading dock and drive a fork lift into it? Or is there even such a thing as a standard height for loading docks? I am assuming there is since trucks back up to them and are unloaded with forklifts.

The doors are the only thing I see that is high. Civi doors are real common down here and new sheet metal isn't too high. $75 to $100 each seems to be the going rate. Of course, we don't have the rust problem down here that you probably have in your area.
