Welcome from the tip of the mitt. I am still a troll but smell better than a sugarbeater. Plus one half of the family are all MN,and UP Finlanders so I can't be all bad right? I hope to see you at a show or maybe a Steel Soldier Rally someday. It sounds like your boys would really enjoy a show...
I will have to ask him nicely. I don't think I can take that old Dutch codger so kidnapping is not a option! He is tough as nails. This would be a good trip for his M880 "sows ear" with M101A2 in tow.
Oh NO! Here we go lets beat up Lane time! I can say this it sucks having this disease and living so far from the bases!
Stretch that would be great if you could bring the hoists for me I will plan on bringing Speddmons lights in my M1028 with a M101A2 trailer to sleep in and haul some of my...
Let me know what you find out. $40 to drive two hours and help get it loaded and on its way safe is money well spent. I sure do not want to give up on this truck. I have been collecting parts for 4 years to do a WC52 and would like to get started on it this summer. I know its rough but I have...
I would like to convoy with you if possible. We can talk at the MIMVPA meeting or just PM me with your details. I might be driving my M1028 all the way down. Its all I have right now that will haul them darn lights plus is military. We will see what May brings.
Most of the vehicles I remember seeing for sale were pretty pricey stuff like BEEP's and a M715, WWII CCKW, mules, Harley Davison WWII vintage and so on.. But I would post a add for what you are looking for on here. I bet a fellow Steel Soldier that has it for sale would bring it to the show if...
I still could not get this truck hauled! Any takers? All the pick up and delivery info is in the beginning of this thread. I put another ad on uship maybe I will get lucky this time. 5 tries have fallen through on getting it to Michigan.. HELP! ANYBODY?!:driver:
They have no problems with modified vehicles that I have ever seen or heard. There are many modified trucks each year.
You can contact them through there website and they will send you a packet. You can pick from inside and outside spots to sell things and camp on. You might want to reserve it...
I will! I have had stuff strung all over the country for to long this year. Fate has dealt me a crap hand this year. I hope to have it taken care of by May!
If everyone shows up with my stuff I will need a 40 gooseneck to get it all home ! auaaua
I plan on going for at least one day this year. Last year was the first one I missed in 6 years.
This is a great show folks! Very organized, lots of parts for sale, re-enactors, parades and overall a great group to work with. The Marlboro museum guys are great too!

That is very nice Cj.. If you want to bring a small note book size copy to the Feb 6th meeting we can discuss it with other members and the board. As for now we have to follow official channels before we have anything like this made. I do like it though!
Chuck, yes the other sign modification...
Your not rocking the boat at all.. I value input on such matters and you made some good points. As far as upcoming events for us I can not discuss them until after our Feb 6 meeting. I can tell you we have allot in the works for this year and we are doing the political dance for some cool stuff...
Thanks Dave.. I think you have the wrong Harrison.. It is the Harrison just north of Clare in the center of the state. Location was considered and that is about as centered as you can get. Heck I am coming all the way from the tip of the mitt. The Sunday church crowd was taken into account but...
PM me your price per unit. I have had them shipped in the past and it was not to bad if the unit price was reasonable. I need two more real bad for maple syrup season this year.
I am set on water cans.. I bought one from you and one of my MKTs was full of them. I can carry more water than I need especially with my 3 day shower schedule its the truck I need to keep going..lol..
I could really use the 110AC to 24Volt DC converter with the cables for running my burners if anyone has a extra. I have been using the Nato hook up but it works the CUCV batteries over pretty good. I would much rather be able to run a extension cord. I am also in the market for two more burners...
