    Worn Flexplate

So im probably gonna get a new flywheel and flexplate and save them for the day it all craps out. Then just get the starter rebuilt and do all at the same time.

    Worn Flexplate

Howdy folks. My starter sometimes cranks but the engine does not turn over. I took off the clutch cover and found that in some parts of the flywheel there were areas shaved off by the starter not engaging fully. Since I bought it, the m1008 ocasionally does it but otherwise it starts right up...

    Mep 806b no heartbeat light

240/416 setup is being reigistered by the CIM. Check the connection board as you might just need to switch it back to 120/208v.

    Mep 806b no heartbeat light

By looking at your pic, it seems you have an 816b not a 806b since it says 400hz, but you have an avr 100 module that is used on a 806b. Send a pic of the manufacturers plate for reference. Also, check the voltage selection toggle swith and make sure its at 60hz. Only move it when the unit is...

    MEP-1040 received, recommended first steps

If you can, scan the wiring diagram and post it. Back in the day, there used to be cd scratch repair kits. 😅

    Another 806B acting funny.

Looks like the usual bad avr problem to me. I had one that did the exact same voltage fluctuations under load a few weeks back till the avr died. Swapped and fixed it. If no stock avr is available, you can use an aftermarket avr and it will work.
