Hmm, there shouldn't be that much pressure there. Maybe 25 psi if all it does is crank. Can you take a picture of the side of the pump where the fuel enters the pump? You say it sat with no fuel in it, was the pump off or were lines removed?
It sounds OK to me. Rather than pull injectors, if you are curious if there is some sort of damage, remove the oil filter and cut it open. Look between the pleats for chunks. This will make it so you don't need to go into the engine. I'd run it.
That's funny, I ain't seen that video for ages! But I don't remember the dude having a Brit accent.
Don't go messing with the pump, IF you screw up, it can be expensive. But YOUR stuff ain't mine.
You are gonna have a hard time running the rack on your NHC, they don't have one, now a Detroit, they do. In a nutshell, positive END of injection is when the injector plunger is fully seated in the cup of the injector. if you watch the injector lever when you bar the engine over, the cam pushes...
A screwdriver adapter. Forgot, this isn't an N14. I will look for an image and put that up...my bad.

It is hard to pick out cylinder issues using a temp gun on a hot engine just because everything is hot. Best way to do that if you have a dead miss is to mechanically short out the injector. I will not explain that because it is very easy to break a rocker box when you do that.
Been there, done that. It is nice to get up off the ground, but the bed can get real cold. Lay down some carpet to help keep your feetsies a bit warmer when you get up and it helps keep the heat in, cold out. My cover was canvas, with the gate up and the rear flap down, it was very easy to sleep...
After 5-10 mins of idle, temps should be close on an engine with a good overhead set, example, 100 + or - on 1- 6, 115 on 2 - 5 and 125 on 3 - 4. If say there is a temp like cyl 2 at 125 after 5 min of idle and the companion cyl 5 has 100 and there is a mess of white smoke, 5 is most likely the...
Push the primer in, re start it, let it idle a bit and see if it smoothes out...it is puffing a bit, but that can be caused by air in the fuel or the primer left out. If it doesn't smooth out, shut it down, let it cool, re start it and feel the exhaust manifold at the exhaust ports, if you have...
Way too long to start and too much smoke. The primer is pulled out, that can cause issues. Didn't sound like it was missing but I did hear the tick/clank, could be air, maybe from the primer being out, but that almost sounds like a broken crimp on a plunger. Did it hard start and smoke white...
A FSOV won't cause an abrupt stop. Put some life in the batteries. Is the oil level over full? If not, no slobber from the joints, coolant not low, you can turn it by barring it. Try and start it. I have seen starters come apart and lock the engine up.
Pull the injectors out of it. Any liquid coming out of the exhaust manifold joints?
A stuck injector won't lock the engine. If it didn't make a banging noise it is most likely fluid. You said it barred over, that means it ain't stuck. Maybe try and start it again and listen to the noise in the...
I Have the same issue intermittently. Sometimes no space between words. I can backspace then everything works fine. I have had the issue on win 7, 10. both with chrome and both have the latest updtes
Here's as tidbit, in the first pic, a big C, next to that, a small C and next to that a blue/silver badge that says 440 plus. That was a very short lived experiment by Cummins ReCon. small cam....the NHC in these green things...STC, (oil controlled injection), air to water aftercooling, making...
That size came on all midrange engines, A's, B's, C's the little Onan L series. I can't tell you how many engines went to ReCon with them still attached...hundreds. When a ReCon engine came in, they had no badging except for a data tag. Later in life they all started coming with the silver/blue...
