For the most part, but then so will the drawing in the A0 manuals:) Yours won’t have the component he labeled “Boost” on a 4X4. the primary line goes from the 2way check thru the(and past) the load sensing proportioning valve then on to the brake relay valve To feed the brake chambers.
Every...
Using it in place of the polarity box would also be a logical location for the vanner. It has IPX and ANSI/IEC specs for weather, rain, pressure wash and immersion exposures. IMO it is at least as water-proof as the polarity box is. Putting it in place of the polarity box would also be fairly...
Yep, little guys are the coil and big guys are the contacts. If you follow the wires from the big contacts, one goes from where battery + connects to the solenoid and the other connects to the starter solenoid coil in. The aux start relay completes a circuit between these two points (applies...
How much room do you have under the passenger dash? I got an extremely good deal on the converter I shoe-horned under my dash. But a Victron orion 70A 24-12 would fit to the kick panel very easy in most cases
Under the dash is the best IMO as it can be connected up easily with a few short...
The cab shouldnt move side to side... if it can, it will still do so when pinned...
If the cab could move enough vertically(limited to about 1.9" total travel) to push you over the edge, you have already imparted all the energy necessary to rollover anyway...
The only ref I recall is to...
With 13 PSI added to atmospheric pressure, water boils at ~245F.
With 16 PSI added to atmospheric it boils at ~250F… you are gaining about 40F of delta over an atmospheric pressure boil…
quite frankly, if you are unable to dissipate the heat generated with the delta provided by a 212F...
On an A1 that PTO enable signal from the trans(wire 112) to K37 is 24V.
On an A0 that relay is in the VIM and gets 12V from the TCU along with the Neutral relay as the A0 TCU is fed 12V battery as a power source…
And we're winching, winching, winching… (45 minutes later) and we are still winching, winching, winching…
if you really need more force, you just throw on a snatch, you certainly have plenty of line for it…
If you put a duck-bill on it, you could put air to the top fitting and blow it down remotely with a shot of air after a fording:)
My bell housing vent actually has a vent line attached, it was zip tied up into the mid structure I removed.
It does not make sense though that they would remote...
Yes, you plug it so the bell housig with spinning TC, flywheel and ring gear doesnt fill with water. It having such a large seal and the starter bolted up, the odds that it will leak when submerged are high, so they added a convient drain and storage point for it.
Therenis a vent point at the...
Any water in the transmission is a death senten
Thats actually supposed to be a drain for the bell housing. It has a vent port up on the top. Even full of water it cannot pass from there to transmission or engine. If it could oil would come the other way, and when you find oil here it is...
Please trust me when I say I meant the term knuckle dragger in the most affectionate and loving way:)
Permatex and RTV make a good gasket when the interface is designed/prepared for it(wide or grooved/stepped interface). But as a topical waterproofing, it is an abysmal failure… anyone here...
Well if it was the primary filter, it would cause running issues, as if it can hiss out, it can hiss in when the lift pump in the High Pressure Oil Pump puts it under vacume…
sounds like you will need to engage a cat tech with the computer to try and talk to the darn thing. I would first make...
