The troubleshooting TMs have flowcharts. One of the repair TMs should have a schematic of the hyd system. I don't think there is anything that shows how it all flows in one easy diagram. Follow the feed and return from the pump to the valve body. Make sure those lines are clear. If the return...
I dont know the line size sorry. With the serial allison could probably direct you to a port on the trans. Can you get an accurate temp reading on the outside of a line?
Get under the passenger side look up at the side of the trans with a flashlight. Should be able to see something. I think the serial is towards the bottom. Its a common style Allison metal tag. Dont know about extra ports sorry.
Allison tag passenger side centered on the trans. T case wll have its own tag on the drivers side. Both you have to be a contortionist to read though. If it was overtemp you could pull that up as an error on the keypad. You need special diag interface and software to connect to the trans the...
Hoping someone has some knowledge of this engine. I have a Drash generator it has an Isuzu 4LE1 PV-02 engine. Its an earlier model around 1999 I believe, with the 4 individual injection pumps on the fuel rail and the solenoid/speed control to the left. The fuel rail will not move to the left and...
Nice. I have been thinking about tractor AC. You could put the condenser up against the aux trans cooler behind the cab and just switch on the fans already there. Would make for a much easier AC install. I have the compressor brackets and the heater boxes with AC are plentiful right now.

That controller part numbe comes back to BAE cat mrap and fmtv. It should work fine in the lmtv trucks. Did you try and turn your headlights on? Some of the m939 controllers have blackout mode with the lights off.
I have another thread going it has the ctis 90psi wrecker upgrade info and part numbers of the
newest ecu. The newest model should have interface capability similiar to the lmtv.
I don't see why you couldn't carefully bleed the pressure down. If the spare tire check valve is the same maybe you can swap it in place of the cab one.
Flush the system. The overflow tank is aluminum if its starting to corrode you dont want that circulating in the cooling system. If you flush and get water in there then you should be able to use a pressure tester to see where the leak is coming out. Or just pressurize the overflow tube with air.
