I went and looked at other pics, don't think it is mil. does not have the mil. power plug among other things, unless a civi trailer used by the mil.

If the pto housing is cracked, and If you are going to drive it home it will have to be fixed first, also look at the winch drive sheer pin, good chance the cracked housing was caused be a bolt being used instead ot the correct pin
