Okay so they've added an aftermarket AVR and an aftermarket engine controller. This can be retapped for single phase however keep in mind that you're going to have to look up the AVR instructions to see if it'll tolerate 240 otherwise it's going to try to keep correcting to 208
Deoxit is amazing stuff.
if you can see the contact points: spray and exercise. if its really nasty ill spray exercise then clean with QD contact cleaner, THEN a light coat of deoxit exersise and test.
There must be, I dont see one in the picture. I bet the contactor controller is missing/ bypassed as well.
I would be very interested to see what they did, and its probably best to do a recontrol (theres a fairly new thread about this)

Here's a few of my thoughts
A lower micron fuel filter is more important than a low micron oil filter. The risk of contamination in fuel is far greater than engine oil.

I've done two of them by the flow method this year and both of them ended up needing a number 16. I think the thicker ones have to do with wear over time and parts getting smaller
