The seal is cheap, however it is somewhat labor intensive. You would have to disconnect and slide the transmission back far enough to get the torque convertor out to replace the seal. Doing this by myself I would figure a day of work, a shop set up to do it 4-5 hours perhaps. I would think...
Saturn Surplus, Red River Parts(must have part numbers ready or no go), Arts Parts, SS member popacom has a warehouse full, currently moving them to a new location, TNJ Murray, probably others I'm forgetting. The group has had no luck finding cargo covers.
The air lines pressurize the brake drum to keep water out. The air tank should be drained regularly. Each air line is identical to it's parent brake line, don't get them mixed up!
That is the factory throttle rod/linkage. I had to bend mine in a couple of different places to make it operate freely. That is a air pump that atomizes diesel into the air box for the cold start.
These seem to be the correct size but it's a 25 minimum order, they also have the body plug gaskets.

I have never seen the old style so I do not know if they will fit. Try searching the NSN for the old style and see if any show up or cross over to a civilian arm.
Look at the comic book picture I posted above, does yours look like the one on the left? The type I have are on the right. If your arms are missing you may just be missing the splined adapter on the wiper motor shaft, really need to see a picture of yours to help you.
I will look them up when I get home from work, Mutt Parts had a few of those items until they sold out, I suspect who bought them but have not been able to reach them yet. Saturn Surplus has the brake hoses for the front and rear wheels, belts are just a common belt and when you say wipers are...
As much as I would like to vote for myself I am going to vote for GamaGoatGirl, DH was kind enough to give my son a ride in the goat when we were there during a recovery.
The 57-28 commercial blade is correct and will come with the adaptor, save the GI ones for replacements and re-use the adapter. There are also two styles of wiper arms and wiper motors, it gets confusing.
The wheels can stay on, remove the drums and brake backing plates. My initial bleeding was done by running straps around all 6 brake shoe assemblies so I could see if anything was leaking. The final bleed was done through the drum plug.
