Not a lot to report here on the goat front. Received a set of head gaskets to replace the rusted ones in the gasket kit. A small price to pay for a military kit though as it includes all the special aluminum block parts. Thanks to Tom for finding the kits at RR.
Have got one of the cylinder...
Thanks for the info. This pump mounts over the power steering pump so I may be missing another bracket. I think I may just fab one unless I find a picture of a factory set up.
I know in your gama goat thread you stated you were keeping it all original so the only option for a heater is the fuel fired heater. I plan on using one of these under the passenger side...
My brother took a fisher plow set up off his 880 a few years ago. I am now fitting it to my 880 before the impending Maine snow hits. Having problems trying to figure out how this plow pump bracket fits to the engine. I have power steering as seen in the last picture, this is the same power...
An organ donor container?, well almost. Big thanks to Mark in Texas(and his faithful assistant keith-j) for sending along the piston/sleeve set from his old engine. This will get my engine back running again, so one engine saving another. This group is really fantastic, the parts exchange and...

Sorry for the delay, the unit is charging @ 4.6 amps. The problem was that my Fluke 177 is not working on the frequency and amp settings. I had to borrow another meter, thought it was strange, never thought my Fluke would let me down. So all should be well with the gen set charging, thanks for...
My MB plug wires are like this, looking at the distributor from the passenger side fender, look where the ignition wire attaches to the side of the distributor, mine is at 1200. Going clockwise from the wire is #3, then #1 then #2 and last #4. With piston number #1 at top dead center the rotor...
