I installed a combination ball/pintle hitch, it's a direct replacement for the pintle, no drill, or mods necessary, same bolt pattern.

flmv.net lists the controll card/harness, $150.00, they also have the relay $32.50. So far this is the only place I see the parts listed, I know the relay is in stock as I just bought a couple from them, good to have a spare.

Looks like someone helped themselves to your controll card. I would get a replacement so the plugs come on and cycle the way they were designed to. If someone else drives the truck they won't be doing any damage to the glow plug system by mistake.

The plugs in the daily M1009 all cam out, not swelled but all burned out, two seperate trucks, same plugs, perhaps it was a full moon. Put some used ones back in the plow truck, well atleast 6 anyway and she sterted right up. Ordered the tool yesterday, will report on how it works.

Well, I guess I got two bad sets of Wellman 070 plugs, my 1009 I use for plowing lasted two cycles and my daily 1009 lasted 3. Two are stuck in the plow truck, so much for non swelling, will remove the others tomorrow from the daily. Called IND USA and there might be a bad lot, they are...

Correct, the CUCV battery tray is designed for the 6TL or 31, I second for the NAPA battery or a good brand name like Interstate, etc. Make sure and get the 1100CCA 31.
