    Door stuck closed

My drivers side door lock has been sticky for a while and finally gave up last week. The handle just flops around like it's not hooked up to anything inside the door. Any ideas on what I might need to replace and which TM covers door disassembly?

You really don't want a whistler if you're going to drive it more than once a year. They get old fast.

    Remote Brake Fluid Reservoir

Great idea! I went with this one from amazon. I got a second one to mount an actual fire extinguisher in the truck. Seems like a good idea to have one around. Amazon.com: Kidde 466400 PRO 340 Fire Extinguisher Metal Bracket, Heavy Duty, Compatible with Kidde 5-Pound Fire Extinguishers: Home...

    Remote Brake Fluid Reservoir

Here's a picture of what I put together out of 4" PVC and a bunch of fittings. Going to paint it later when I finalize the design. Now I'm struggling with how to mount it in the cab. Planning on having it on the cab wall left of the driver's seat. What would you recommend I use for a bracket?

Brake bleeding doesn't seem to be going as planned

Add a pressure gauge to your bleeder. Then you just pump up to 15psi and crack the bleeders.

Help under standing the lights on a 2.5

That's not really safe. The blinker fluid is slightly radioactive just like the gauges. At least wear your milspec tinfoil hat when you drive it. Should be in your toolkit next to the left handed crescent wrench.

Help under standing the lights on a 2.5

Make sure you use the synthetic GL-1 blinker fluid only! Makes your blinkers extra bright.

    Question about brakes

Yeah remote res is the next step. The hose is a temporary fix. I already got the remote put together just need to mount it in the cab and get some more DOT 5. Amazon stopped selling the stuff I used before for 13.89 a quart shipped.

    Question about brakes

Just want to provide an update on my problem. I got rid of the vent on the top of the cap and replaced it with a regular open hose. After two weeks the pedal feels the same as right after bleeding. Looks like problem solved.

Type of hose for remote reservoir?

I'm going to go with vinyl braided. Looks like it's rated for more than enough pressure/temp and is cheap at HD. I'll cover it with some air hose I have around just to make sure it doesn't rub through on anything under the truck.

Type of hose for remote reservoir?

Mcmaster has what you're looking for. I don't have the part number in front of me, but I found a 1/8" NPT to 3/8" hose barb fitting there and lots of other possible options like compression fittings for copper tubing. I'm also going to order the hose from there when I figure out which kind to get.

Type of hose for remote reservoir?

I waited 3 days. I think that's reasonable. I haven't been able to find any specifics on the types of hose people are using in any of the threads.
