Thats what I do, or even 4 filters. I have a 50,20,5 and 1 micron. In that order. It is not that much more time than a single filter. And it done in one pass. Unless the 1 micron is clogging, then it takes days to filter, so use clean bags!

I really dont notice a power difference. I run anything from almost straight WMO to almost Straight Diesel. I do mix gasoline with WMO, about 1 gal gas to 5 gal WMO.

Ok, here is the rest of the story. I filled the top bucket and left it to drain. When I came back, it looked like it overflowed the filter bag. I probably have filtered 70-80 gal of WMO. Time to get new bags!

Did that work OK? Didnt flake off? I didn't even think of painting that!

Yes, I figure I am mostly WMO (+ little gasoline to thin), and I really beleive the engine runs better.

The bag set-up never seems to get above 1/2 full. I thought about using the smaller bag (i even got one), but the peace of mind to know that I will never overflow the bag is worth the space it take up. I also dilute WMO with Gasoline before filtering. It probably 1 gallon gas for 4 gallon oil...

I have had that Harbor freight tool for a couple of years. It has worked wee for me, I used it probably 7-8 times. Never on anything as big as a Deuce, although.

I created a triangle of steel where the filter bag rests. It seems very secure in this holder. Jimma had a good idea I didnt think of, he put 3 filter bags together (50,25,1 micron) in that order. Thanks
