    hard start problem

Make sure your glow plugs are operational. With it starting when the warmer was plugged in leads to the GPs not working. They don't last forever. If they are bad many go with the AC-60s and remove the 24v GP resistor pack and make the plugs a straight 12v

Need help with search for sticky....

Use the Google search block. Play with different word grouping. "add-on fuse box cucv" is a good place to start. You need to ask yourself what you are wanting to accomplish. Do you want the fuse box hot at all times? Do you want to have it hot with the key on? Do you need it hot with the key...

Need help with search for sticky....

Those are the only stickies. There is not a sticky to add an additional fuse box. However there has been some threads covering it.

    Engines in the CUCV?

GM switched to the 6.5L engines and then sold the rights to AM Generals General Engine Products division. They improved the design are still making the 6.5L. Stonepicker1 has the 6.5L Optimizer in his CUCV-II and it is a workhorse.

Need some help M1009 will not start up.

Sounds like it is time to test the fuel system. Start at the fuel lift pump, go to the filter, then the IP and then the injectors. You have to have fuel flow at each point.

    M37 Disaster

If the block isn't cracked too bad, you may be able to use a product called stitch-lock. They use it on Cummins diesels all the time. Absolutely no need to part the truck out.
