Colemans used to have some, not anymore, all were sold or scrapped. They were single axle flatbeds, very wide, kinda like a kitchen trailer. Each corner had a leveling jack. Not a M103 or M353.
Any ideas?
Are there any drop in replacements that are COTS from any of the major suppliers, for the M416 series trailer?
I've seen NOS ones for sale, but 40 year old shocks are prolly junk from seal rot.
Looking for anyone who would like to get together for a mini Cruise In at the Front Royal, VA American Legion Hall.

Place: Front Royal American Legion Hall

Just a small get...
Didn't want to, but being out of work for 4+ months makes you change your mind. Decided to sell my RT-1209 transceiver, wanted to post it here because there were a few guys talking about the PRC-104 recently and thought might want to know.
Vintage military PRC-104 RT-1209 transceiver radio ...
Does anyone have pictures or a list of all the BII items that are supposed to go with the MKT kitchen trailer? I cruise Colemans junkyard a lot, and if I see something that goes to it, I want to pick it up.
Pictures would be great, all laid out, of everything that goes in the trailer.....
Took these in Culpeper VA at the VFW years back, around 2002 or so. Was in sorry shape then, probably worse now with the vandals around there. At that time, there were beer cans stuffed down the barrel - wish I could give it a good home.
Enjoy the pics.
Once again, starting a thread for those who might be wanting to swap parts at Haspin. I know it's not a MV show per se, but with so many people going from all locations, it may be a good opportunity to horse trade, and move stuff around the country for people.
Does anyone know if the M101-based pioneer tool trailers were factory items, or add-on kits to modify existing M101 or M116 trailers in the field? Only reason I ask is I saw a pioneer trailer body sitting in the field at Colemans, but no frame or anything else attached to it, like it had been...
Has anyone ever had any user experience in a war zone with the M48-based or M-113 based flamethrower tanks, sometimes called "Zippos"? Just curious about their design, I haven't seen too much on the internet about them. What volume of fuel could the pumps shoot out of flame fuel per minute...
Didn't have a lot of time to post threads prior to the show at Aberdeen, I was struggling to get my truck back together in order to drive up. However, I wanted to share some of the mods I made on Jayne before the trip.
1. Mounted convoy lights.
2. Installed dual rifle mounts on the...
Does someone have a list of all the wire numbers in a deuce? I am trying to decode some wire numbers that are causing routing problems in my truck, would like to know what the numbers are supposed to be used for.
Thought I would start a thread on the parts we are all bringing to Aberdeen to trade/sell, like we have done in the past. Be sure to post FOR SALE, FOR TRADE, and WTB/WTT as well.
Under a week people! We're getting so close I can smell Cabell's barbeque!
How many of you would be interested in a small mini-rally on Saturday, August 8th at the Front Royal, VA Legion Post? We'd be getting together for a "cruise-in" of sorts, as the hot rodders call them, bring your trucks and jeeps, space for about 20-25 trucks there, free of charge. No vending...
Finally found a local dealer that had a can of ether starting fluid and knew what it was. It was a NAPA store that also deals with truckers a lot. In stock, for $42 a can. And it was ON SALE, regularly $65 a can.
I bought it, but one can of this stuff will probably last the...
Was talking with Dirt71 the other day, he mentioned that 14.00x24 tires for the 10-tons are not common anymore. I agreed, but I said there has to be a modern swappable equivalent for that size, since the only things I can find in 14.00x24 size are motor grader tires.
Are there any...
Okay, I know I already asked a stupid question this weekend, but I have a good one: why does the deuce accessory switch look like the weird red-headed stepchild it is? All the other switches and knobs on military equipment are pretty simple and standard, only this switch looks like an arm...
Can someone who has convoy lights installed on their deuce please post detailed pics of the installation, including closeups? I am ready to install my kit, but I do not have the instructions for the install. Thanks.
Was removing the heater yesterday, and had to attack a wiring mess on the firewall that I want to clean up and simplify. These three black things had a pile of jumpers plugged into them, not sure the purpose, I can't find them in the manuals. They are the black, two-socket electrical plugs on...
