i have no idea what you mean! :jumpin:
now back to the subject, could you put luckout hubs on the rear axles and lockers to adjust as needed? a year or two ago there was a thread talking about rear locking hubs, but i think it said you have to change the axles.
i have a 3/4" 24 volt impact, a 3/4" ratchet. and a geared wrench. i have 3 deuces and i move all of it to the one i am traveling in. having to change tires on the side of the road would suck enough with all of this, Without aua.
your truck looks good from here.
you said it took almost and hour to get one outside tire off "with" the gear wrench? i have not had a need to use mine.
what i have is accually a set of the desplined hubs on my M35a2. i keep the regular hubs in with my parts along with a wrench and gaskets. from the outside it looks the same. thats why there were on three people who know i had them. the machinest who desplined the hubs, the mechanic who...
i like it on my one of M35a2s and plan to add it to my M109a3. you can feel the difference and it seems like there is an increase across the board (fuel, power, speed). no proof though, no way to test it. i do recomend it thought.
now the con: (don't tell anyone about this) when...
Cool, does your batteries charge while you drive or is it just solar? how are your panels mounted or are they portable? i have a plan B if i can't find a 12 volt that looks military.
i see one set is headlights and one is the route clearance lights. thats what i have right now. post some pictures of you install. i am working on the install plan for my route clearance lights now.
so far it has only been my deuces that the batteries have gone out in and i use the new plastic battery boxes that are for the dueces. i do add the addapter bases that make the bottom and the height the same as the military batteries.
i am running Optima's as i replace the ones that came in my trucks. i had 2 of the military batteries go south last month. working on the new plastic battery box right now.
this is my dash i plan on mounting the extra panel left (or right i am not sure) of the air shift switch so i can install another warning light for another project and was looking for a gauge to fit the extra hole. i plan on adding a 12 volt to run the box on my M109a3, so thats when i thought...
i bought this to add a dash (warning) light of another project. i could put a y conection on one of my dash lights and put one on the other side to light the gauge.
i am thinking of adding another altenator (12 volt) to my M109a3. i have been doing research and have not found the answer i need. so here i go, is there a "military" 12 volt battery gauge that is the same size as the 24 volt battery gauge in a deuce (2" i think)? i was thinking one off a jeep...
my M109a3 is not turbo but it does have a muffler. it is under the truck behind the battery box. i don't knowhow one would affect the turbo. just telling you mine has one.
this is for the cold fronts that hit flordia every couple of years. the ones where it get down into the low 50's or upper 40's. sometimes it snows 1 to 2 inches causing infrastructure shutdown. kids get a few days off from school and business shutdown. those heaters are very important.
here are my lights that i paid $250.00 for when i did not know that there were 12 volt, 24 volt, headlights and two types of route clearance lights. this is pictures of the 2 wire design, the one that looks like a headlight and the light in a bucket, it fits fine. if you are looking for lights...
two wires no high beam. i think it will still fit in the bucket though. i will try it in a bucket and take a picture of the back and show the 2 wires. the led headlight has the same 3 numbered wires as a regular bulb.
