My M923A2 was a May 2011 overhaul, stenciled eveywhere is TP 70 PSI. It's bouncy at lower speeds and drives nice at 55 mph, I don't see a problem. Has run-flat inserts inside the tires, found that when I went to change a leaky o-ring. That may have a bit to do with a feeling of unbalance...
My 1/2" drive impact with 125 psi took the nuts off the 10 studs. I tried with a 3/8" ID supply hose but it didn't have enough air volume. Changed to a 1/2" hose and it ripped them right off. The O-ring was easy to change and reasemble. The run-flat insert inside the tire made it HEAVY to stand...
Search PCB here and a bunch of info available, and yes those crimp connectors are a correct vendor supplied part. They fail, your same problem starts. Memphis Equip and Erik's has brand new latest update ones available.

There is a thread specifically on FMV TEXAS registration that also went into license requirements, read it first. Many of these same questions have been discussed. A class "B" will not work under the law for you. I went through the same routine. If the truck is registered under Texas FMV then...
There is enough room under the hood to pull the Cummins and install an entire Prius in there, might look funny with the accorn sized exhaust pipe out the back and no idle sound at the traffic light....but I would be doing my part, "skin in the game..."

Perhaps it varies state to state due to "State of xxxx laws", mine also has no restrictions from Gulfway. I have been proficient at reading for some time if not at spelling.:-D
