    In your pictures your have already done the resistor bypass. Follow the red wire that comes off rear battery neg and see if you have 12v at the 12v block that the GP relay is wired to because you may blown that fusible liknk and your GPs aren't even cycling because no power.     rear battery neg should go to front positive. You more then likely blow a fusible link. Im sure a electrical guru can reply.

    I did use 6 inch lift shocks and if you put the body down and not flip with the rod down the shocks do rub on axle tube so had to move shock mount on my m1008.

    With my lift using a shackle flip, had to move shock mount also.

    The least amount to go is 6 inch. As sharecropper stated even with that much there is a chance of a little rubbing! Ihave used a shackle flip with a block to keep the block size down and the cost as well.

    That's the hose and better then the rubber precut ,it allows you to cut just the right length.

    Ive replaced the hose on 3 trucks with the german hose that doesn't use those crappy little clamps. I got a pc alittle more then 5 ft from a vendor on fleabay for under 18 bucks!

    V BELT#S GOODYEAR GATORBACK, Drivers side 15585 Passenger side 15495 Power Steering 15461. These numbers put you in the middle of the adjustment range. My opinion is the quietest,toughest belts out there.

    Rebuilt injector pumps - maybe

    Ive used DCP in T.N. for 3 pumps now and no problems with them. Door to door under 3 hundred. Just state how you want it and they will turn it up 10%.

    What about the rubber hose that crosses rad to the overflow tank, Maybe it has a crack in it and the rad only sucks air back?

    If the switches are all right, check the three grounds that go to the engine block. its right side back of air cleaner.
