Yep. On the shelter. If I remember right, it can be an "electrifying" job getting on and off the truck.
Trying to remember his username. 1970m35 something? Should be some info buried in the older haspin threads.

Don't know if there will be catering this year.
Dates are Wednesday through Sunday, June 14th-17th...
Good luck on the adapters that thread into the oil filter casting. I've replace both them and the lines twice and they leak after a while. I'm changing over to hydraulic hoses. This was on a 93 3/4ton chevy.
Sounds like a timing/spark issue. I replaced the dist on my M108, only to find out it was meant for something else. It fit and sparked ok, but was set up for oppisite rotation. It would retard instead of advance the timing.
The original dist had a issue it would only spark on 3 cyl. Never...
Thanks for the link Jason. I just figured once the engine was running, the liners would expand to the block. Unless the liners are loose enough to feel some play. At .005 oversize, they must be boring/honing the block out a little to fit.
Liners are a slip fit, cranking the engine over without the heads on pushes them up. Careful, if they go up too far, the piston rings come out of the liner.
Who has oversize liners? I may need one.
Shifter rail for reverse/ first gear is not right. maybe fork is loose on it, or where the ****er moves the rail is out of postion. Looks like a easy fix.
If it is a smoking good deal, which this one may or may not be, it's best to get before someone else does. I've taken off work to buy stuff for fear that someone else would beat me to it. Multiple times I've been just quick enough. Hate to see you wait and have it disappear on you.
