recovery i like the way you are towing in your avatar. i would like to see pics of the king pin bracket you used .i am wanting to put a tractor together to tow my deuce and i think thats the only way to safely and legally do it without a cdl .
Nice job .Well i guess thats one way to get the air hose out of the tool box..i think i would have put it under the rear of the bed so it would be protected and easy to reach the trailer tires and truck tires, but that works to
There were two versions of the medium .The one with the collars is the updated one..But the tow bar he has and the one i have is a heavy tow bar, ..it is non adjustable and way heavier than a medium.
I had one on my deuce. You can use a separate 12 volt system and charge it with the 12 volt pole on the alt. the connection are marked on the alt..One is red the other is yellow. The pulley is different than a 24 volt gen .The hole will need to be drilled larger if you didn't get one with the new...
You can get the tools to do them yourself for around 200. and do them in a day pretty easy. These rims on a deuce are a locking ring not a split rim.. BIG difference . Split rims are also called suicide rims noone around here will touch 'em..LOcking ring rims are safe and easy to work with .I...
Adjust the modulator first if that doesn't make any change .I would pull the pan and put a new kick down soloniod on there. If the soloniod isnt seating it will give you late shifts. Also pull the the modulator and make sure the modulator valve is moving freely .They can stick on a ridge in the case
I must have missed that .. I would keep it for a spare . Arbs go for 1000 and shipping is gonna be cheaper that shipping a whole rear axle . ..You can store it at my place if you dont find anyone that wants it:grin:
those trucks are rare with lots of goodies.i would hate to see one cut up for a bobber when you could just put some arbs in a m35 and bob it.. cutting up that nice bed with factory rops would be a crime.why not sell it and cut up a m35...
Oil pump could be going bad or it could be a sticking oil pressure regulator.I would pull the regulator off and make sure the spring isn't broke and that the valve moves freely. Second measure your dipsick and compare it to on that hasn't been messed with. There are two types of screw on filters...
Great job.You just saved me some time taking the bed off my trailer i'm making so i can get the diffs out..If that worked on a bobber it will deffinately work on a stock deuce since the bed sits up like six or more inches higher than the bed on a bobber.
Elephant ear type are the ones that have a cast mounting bracket that comes out of the windsheild pivot. When i said new style i'm talking about the new style west coast mirrors .They are the ones that have the flat mirror and convex in one head rather than two separate ones.
Ordered from them over 10 times.Always been super fast shipping and good prices...Maybe there was an issue with the card number you gave them or some missin info so they couldnt complete the transaction? Not sure what could be happening but give them a call i'm sure you guys can figure it out
Nice set up..but i think i would put disc brakes on mine before doing that,.they are self cleaning and self adjusting. Plus i would like to add another master cylinder and drive shaft brake for an e brake..while still keeping the stock parking brake.
i turned my m105 into a camper ..not quite finished yet i have a 70 gal water tank, water heater .shower, portable toilet and a bedit works out nicely behind the m35a2c.I'm in the process of making a m35a2c into a trailer . i will take some pics of the m105 next time i'm over there.
