    2013 Haspin Discussion Thread

Ya' know, . . . it sure is a shame that you have all those mowers and can't cut a single blade of grass. I understand taking off the belly mower decks for off roading. Maybe you could repurpose one or two of the removed decks. Make a pull-behind mower on a drawbar or 3-point. Either power it...

    Very useful tool

We have several cordless grease gun kits at work (heavy equipment operator). I also have one of my own. They work great. A fully charged battery is good for 5 or 6 tubes of grease. Even so, I always carry a good ol' manual pistol grip grease gun for backup.

Two stupid questions.. Things on the hood and how to dissolve CARC from a bolt?

Two stupid questions.. Things on the hood and how to dissolve CARC from a bolt?

Mine were all ganked up when I got it. Here is what I did to get them working freely- Mix equal parts of acetone and auto transmission fluid in a metal squirt lube can. Apply to the threads and let it soak. Overnight if they are real bad. The solution will remove the corrosion and CARC over...

Middletown, OH Memorial Day Parade, May 27, 9:00am Seeking MVs

Lots of spectators along the route. It would be nice to get more vehicles to participate. Woodside Cemetery is a beautiful spot and was all decked out for the occasion. The skydiver from Team Fastrax was a cool feature. Founder of the Thank You Foundation, John Guinn, a US Army vet, gave a...

    500 miles in a M931A1

Your truck looks to be in excellent shape. The idea of removing the 5th wheel plate and installing a bed has become a very popular mod. I really like the idea myself. Enjoy the ride and keep us posted.

Thermostat gasket, need it or RTV it

To easily make a gasket (whether it be of proper material or makeshift cardboard), just hold the t-stat housing upside down. Lay the material over it. Use the round end of a ball-pein hammer and tap around the edges. It cuts a perfect fit.
