thanks all the grounds seem good. has a rack body on the back so the wiring is different. just blew another fuse.. not sure what im missing cant find any bare wires..
I was messing around the fuel pump in the tank. Trying to get it to work. Since then the marker lights will not work. I have headlights, brake lights and turn signals. Did everything I could think of. Any ideas? Thanks
good idea but the 6.2 is blown. I think we might have figured out. Passenger side rear tire was flat. Put on the spare. Spare tire to 35 inch tire. I think maybe Detroit locker is locking and unlocking? I'm thinking that's what happened to me one time. about nine o'clock still not in New Jersey...
he's going real slow. Happens about 30 miles an hour. steering is not locked. I believe about three hours. Tires are all good. Diesel Bob never thought about the lift. That could be it.
a friend is bringing his new toy back up to Jersey. He is flat telling it. His 1008 is all stock. The one he bought has a 4 inch or 6 inch lift it and 37 inch tires. the truck he's towing is jerking around the tow vehicle. he said is like the truck he's towing is trying to go side to side...
he got a 86 m1008 as a rolling chassis. Has and early 90s ctd nv4500/205. Such a blast to drive. Can do highway speeds. Cruises real nice real quiet to. Expensive little motor to apparently. I feel like I just drove a hot rod CUCV. next time I hope to get some pictures. Really fun truck to...
look into removing my 1028. Going to use truck as a daily driver. wanted to use that spot for a few switches for lights in the winch. Not sure where to start. I don't want to remove something then have something else not work.
