copper gaskets dont do good with weather changes and the block should be o-ringed to run them. you will find that copper gaskets will leak anti freeze at really low temps. the best gaskets a re kmetic.they hold up to turbo and supercharged cars with over 3000hp. they are always custom made you...
i guess you will have to pick up the m105 and put it in the back seat of the jeep .it is made to haul 2600lbs as much as it is made to tow it :roll:if you want to haul a trailer behind your jeep.do a google search for jeep trailers and offroad trailers there is a place the makes a copy of the...
even with the plug in the storage hole it will hold enough oil in the bellhousing to get it on the clutch.as the top of the threads for the plug are above the ring on the flywheel and pressure plate mounting bolts
engine oil can and will get on the clutch just as the trans fluid will if it is over filled .this is the problem i had with mine when i would drive it hard for over an hour it would leak out the rear seal.and since the bellhousing is sealed the oil goes to the bottom and sits on top of the...
the gaps between the gears are the same the only thing you notice is that if you are on a hill or loaded you have to start off in first instead of second.other than that the drop in rpm is the same between the gears tires dont change that .my truck doesnt notice a difference till you get in the...
you should have at least an inch of free play no free play=slipping clutch and like westex said check for leaks any oil on the clutch will make it slip
i did with my turbo gauge but i cut the slit and it light up the same as the rest. where did you get your gauge i would check with saturn surplus they should have the right one for you
thanks for the info didnt know the senders were different . you could verify it with a hand held gauge to be sure to. at least then youll know if its the gauge or the motor:roll:i use a set of transmission gauges to check this
i dont know what they would be as duals since they dont have a dual rating as i dont think there is a truck out there that could run them as duals.the side walls are over an inch thick on these tire even when they are flat they only bow the sidewalls out about 1- 1.5 inches on the rear of a deuce
2550rpm = 69mph with the 15.5s 2300rpm=65 and 2100rpm=60mph .so if running the deuce at 23oorpm means beating it up to you then i guess i'm guilty as charged .:roll:one thing i want to point out is that running 69 with 15.5 is the same to the drivetrain as running 56 with 9.00s. the only...
i will take some pics for you tomorrow if it's still light out when i get home from work.there is a triangle shaped cover that is held on with two 7/16 headed 1/4 bolts that go from the top to the bottom.then the adjustment is right there look in the tms for throttle stop plate adjustment
i seen one that the guy put a small block chevy in he said it would do like 70mph.i would think you could put a duramax in there to but the 4bt sounds good to me.there are some guys running them in mvs but i dont remember who
i have never seen a different ratio from the factory in the 2.5ton rockwells.the a3 doesnt have od but it has 14.5 and a higher reving engine that give it the same top speed as the a2 not a different gear ratio.
the problem with these gear sets 4.90 and 5.41 are the deuce doesnt have...
