I hate punching out races from grease filled bores (my procedure is to always clean the grease out first, and that would be a heck of alot of snot from these hubs), so if I can avoid that then this job becomes much more attractive in my mind!!!

1. Off the top of my head, I don't know if you need to swap the bearing races in the hubs when you flip. I ended up not flipping the hubs on my project truck's front axle, so I never had to flip. Can I just unbolt the drums and swap the bearings themselves around or do I...

Go to the second page and check out the deuce in the middle of the page (around picture number 50 or so). Is that an ok method to single? Just flip the hubs around and run single normal dually wheels?

It's a minor thing, I know, but I just fixed the horn solenoid on my truck and for the first time I can hear the sweet sweet bi-tonal music coming from the horn. Kudos to Saturn Surplus for quick delivery and a solid part.

Wow - I had not considered that. I'll look into my options there. It (hopefully) will be as easy as converting to P/S. Last one I did was on a 1968 Toy FJ45 wagon - incidentally we also threw a TurboDiesel engine in there as well. :)
