you want a IP from a J code engine. you can use the one from the civilian truck, its the same. I know of no substitue for the calibration fluid. If you want the pump calibrated, take it to a diesel shop that does it. (dont do it yourself, trust me)

desertfox, the issue is that you have 12v loads in the truck as well. so balancing the load across both batteries becomes the problem. one battery ends up overcharged and the other undercharged.
hey, just throwing this out there, would it be easier to have a 24 to 12v dc-dc convertor and charge the battery that way. you could even run two of them in parallel to charge both of them at once.
you need to take the turbo off the manifold to install the manifold and re-install the glow plugs. attach the crossover exhaust pipe and the lower radiator hose before the turbo goes on.
yup, its a weekend job for sure. be sure to order a new gasket for the turbo to manifold and also from the turbo to downpipe. you also need to get the banks lower radiator hose (its special).
all the wires with the black connector are fusible links. the different colors are different ratings. you cut them off and crimp on the new one on the wire.
the hmmwv tires are fairly skinny, should fit with a 4" lift all the way around. if needed you could use a 1" zero rate for additional clearance in the rear.
