Another easy way to get those clips off the window crank is to take a rag and slide it between the door panel and crank. If you work it around right, the end of the clip will catch on the rag and you can pop it right off.

Well, I guess I'm not sure... But if I jump the relay (manual glow) and hold it for 10 seconds, it fires right up every time. Voltage to the plugs is right about 17.

I drove mine up to Pinetop/Showlow last month. I've still got the stock 31"s. I ran it at indicated 70 pretty much the whole way. My speedo is off though, and my wife driving her truck said we were doing 65. I think you would be totally safe in that range.

Quick tip - If its a mechanical gauge, DO NOT REMOVE THE "CABLE" FROM THE GAUGE. Its filled with ether. If you take it off, you ruined it! You have to figure out how to get it through the dash, then through the firewall, etc all in one shot.
