Lesson learned......always use new glow plug. Engine started to knock so I pulled over. The tip of the glow plug was missing when I pulled the plug out. I then pulled the injector out and found only half of the tip inside. The other half went into the top of the piston. I'm going to try and...

Lol, I'm still crying over my new 6.5L NA thats in my dually. The glow plug went into the piston. Only had about 150 miles on the engine.:sad:

The "brown truck" just drop off my new injector pump tonight. It has a PMD mounted to the side with the # 5 resistor inside. I have a new, 6 foot extension cable/heat sink kit with the # 9 resistor in the new PMD that I will be using. Planning to relocate the PMD to under the front bumper.

When I ordered the new GEP engine I had them send me a new HO water pump and new injectors. I didn't check the pump that they sent me until last weekend. Yep, wrong pump. I called AMG and they are sending me the new, correct HO pump in the mail at no charge. [thumbzup]

I got the Turbo-Master kit in the mail yesterday and went ahead an installed it tonight, took about 10 minutes to put on. 14 psi boost pressure is the recommended max with the spring length at 1-3/4". I also got the Vacuum pump elimination belt. Very happy with it so far. See pictures below.

Got it. CDL Class A with Hazmat/Passengers/Motorcycle. I even have some Diesel Plac-cards at the house.

I wanted to go this year, but I have Annual Training durning the Haspin dates. Adam, sure wish I had some of that fuel down here. I spend $100 each week going to work. I would fill both of my aux fuel tanks(95 gal ea) and all of my 5 gal fuel cans(50 of them). lol

Welcome beasterly to SS. by any chance, can you post a picture of your dually ? like to see what a dually mail truck looks like. They have GP cards on eb*y all the time.
