    Stranded Deuce in Searchlight NV

The crank pulley turns the compressor. The water pump and compressor are not connected in any way. It's much like most Chevy V-8 driving the PS pump, off the lower pulley.

    Stranded Deuce in Searchlight NV

Where's connection between the compressor and water pump? Am I the only person that thinks this is BS? Your in the middle of BFE, in a deuce with a dog, your wife and kid(s). You break down and have NO backup plan. You have no one to bail you out, and you have a 3'rd party discussion on how...

Eastern Surplus - Super Single Rims-

I guess you can put them on the bottom of the list then. Just save the attorney the trouble and keep it on you.

Those Aren't Filters, These Are Filters!

I guess that would double the machining, but nice adaptors anyway.

Those Aren't Filters, These Are Filters!

Just wondering, with all of the work in making the adaptors, why not just mount them rightside up remotely, and not worry about preventing backflow?

    EUC Sent to Battle Creek!!

And when that fails, call a person whose EUC was cleared in 5 business days total and bitc-h at them.

    How are SF-97s currently moving?

Yep a title from sunny Florida. Now it is Iowa.

    How are SF-97s currently moving?

There weren't any probs transferring the Florida title. The only hangup was that the GL rep just signed it without the "blah blah for GL." They talked it over and didn't make too much of a fuss.

    How are SF-97s currently moving?

I went 11 tons. With a 5% overweight allowance, that puts me at 23,200. It's about $270/yr. If I knew I'd never be hauling loads of gravel or dirt, I'd just as soon register it for less, but I'm being safe for this go round. :) Just remember, I don't have the license yet. I'm still undecided...

    Built me a towbar

That's very commendable of you to do that. I applaud you for thinking of your employees so highly.

    Built me a towbar

You hit the nail on the head there. MIG if not run properly can cause problems, especially form cold starts or lack of attention to penetration.

    Built me a towbar

There's really no disagreement between us. Dual Shield flux core is a MIG process, yes done robotically on a lot of things. Ship building is done manually quite a lot. Submergerged arc welding is a wire weld process also and quite fascinating to watch. MIG is used quite generically as a term...
