    Mike can you show a measuremet of how far rear of the alt the compressor sits, I think that the kit would clear on a truck that had the 6.5L turbo setup on it, and possibly the later style 6.2L Banks kit.

    all diesels have some blow-by, its normal to have a slight haze. it you have more than that, you may consider getting a compression test done to check the cylinder pressures (that tells you which cylinder is the culprit).

    all they did was bolt on two extra tires, nothing special here, except that you'd have to pull them off to drive it home.

    I am assuming that you mean the distribution block (triangular shaped) A junk yard might be the best bet for an original, or someone parting out a truck.

    I have 38.5's on mine, but its only got a 6" lift. 44" tires will put you out of the power range unless you regear the axles.

    if your engine is dead an electric winch aint gonna pull you very far, the batteries will HATE you.

    hehe, you need to torque nuts holding the rim halves to different specs depending on which rim you have, i dont recall for the 8bolt rims.

    I looked at ORD's kitm but ended up going with the one from Northwest Fabworks. Great mod though, makes a world of a difference.

    wet pictures are cool [thumbzup] makes the most faded CARC look new ;) I like the stance of it, although i am not a fan of those tires. I see he did the rear disc conversion as well, one of the best mods ever for those brakes. I like the HD bumper, but tell him to get a grill guard on that...

    the CDR valve looks like a tuna can, and is on the passenger side of the engine, on a bracket from the intake. follow the hose that comes out of the oil filler tube, it will lead you to the CDR valve. Please see the other thread currently discussing CDR for part # info, as it seems that the...
