    the k10 is a 1/2 ton 4x4 pickup. the k5 is the full size 4x4 blazer C=2wd K=4wd D=government sale 5=blazer 10= 1/2 ton 20= 3/4 ton 30= 1 ton

    the dealer will have both parts for you. the direct drive (old style) and the gear reduction (new style) starters use different brackets, just be sure to ask for the right one.

    To do that would not be an easy task, it would take a lot of time on the back end of the site, and even more time to keep updating it. This is something that may be easier to do after the next version of the forum software is implemented. Great idea though.

    yup the brackets are in the way of the hitch, you should be able to modify the hitch to fit. if you really need the extra weight cap, then get a set of the air bags that mount between the spring and the frame, that way they are only helping when you need them. a small 12v air compressor is more...

    bench bleeding is when you run hoses from the outputs of the master cylinder, into the resevoir. then you fill the resevois with brake fluid, and operate the piston to suck fluid into it. since you can move the master cylinder around on the bench it can be much easier to get air out of it than...

    old diesel could have algae in it, and thus clog the fuel filter or the pickup screen inside the tank. But I'd lean towards the transmission unless you are having idling issues/running issues with the truck in neutral.

    converting to straight 12volt is not necessary, but it would allow you to spread the load of that large invertor over both batteries.
