Just painter the front of my truck as an experiment. Most of it hase a few layers of paint on it already an dhas rust spots and flaking.
For the bumper I scraped off the flaking paint/ rust and painted.
for the rest of the cab/frnders I scrapped off the flakes and sanded the rusted spots...
any pictures of a tan cover painter green with rustolium or other can of spray paint? Im thinking of doing it to my tan cargo cover but dont want it to come out bad. I like the fact that being tan on the inside makes it easier to see inside.
I dont see why all oil change places do that? Here in FL they are held accountable for each quart they take out and replace.:( They wont give it up or filter it for you.
The transfer tank I have is L shaped and takes up about 2 ft wide. If I need more room I'll take my M105.
If you still want more room I guess you could mount it to the top of your bed in front and rest it on the cab.

why not just buy a used transfer tank and put it in the back? I picked up a used 90 gal transfer tank with pump ant put it in the back.
Or, if you really want to KIS get a 50 gal drum and pump.
I dont think I'd have to heat the oil since I'm in FL and my garage gets pretty hot. I'm looking for a setup to make 50 to 100 gals every once in a while as a back up fuel source. So, I'm not sure a 500 or 600 dollar system is needed. I might just filter the oil to 5 microms and water filter.
OK now that I have a pump with 15 micron water filter and a 10 micron fuel filter how does the water filter work?
I have this water filter but in 15 microns

why does it have a drain at the...
they dont really hang down but a branch could work its way up and snag them
I dont think its an issue because the buzzer would go off and let you know you lack air pressure
but, that is a good idea too
I put the drain with pull wires so I don't have to climb under the truck. The only thing that bothers me about them is that I dont want somethning that I drive over tocatch on them then drain my tanks leaving me w/o brakes.
Trying to get to both Richloam and FL MVPA. Should I bring my deuce? Will there be somewhere to park it? Never been to the rally but its only 10 miles away.
again I'm new to this...
the lockers would be under tension and rotates when lifted? why?
if you have lock out hubs it wouldn't be under tension if you lock them out before lifting - right?
I'm thinking of getting lockers/lockout hubs for my front wheels but need to do A LOT more research...
