Update to the forecast...tomorrow (Thursday) will be 98 degrees, Friday will be 104, and Saturday will see 95. Thunderstorms predicted for late (after closing I hope) for Friday and Saturday. Bring some water, a hat, and sunscreen if you're going to be outside much. Should be fun!

Maybe it's a trials photograph? If the vehicle was going through testing at the proving grounds, it might have Army and Marine numbers on it.... That photo looks a little staged....some sort of trial or maybe instructional program? Just a thought.

It's my understanding that there will be inside and outside activities. I'm not sure where everything will be though. The Expo center is pretty big with a lot of indoor space, so there will be plenty to do inside I'm sure. They also have lots of concession booths there for getting refreshments.

Mine leaks in the same area...it's actually coming from either the injector pump or the compressor. On mine there is some leak on either the throttle or fuel shut-off levers (where they go into the IP assembly). Check for lose bolts. Because it's in the blow-back area from the fan, it's hard...

If I may suggest: http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=41188 (or something like it) I think the 1 ton rating is just from the hoist...but it should be enough. That is combination with an engine hoist spreader bar and you can get the engine in with a lot more precision.

Never seen a deuce, but I've seen lots of Jeeps and a few other trucks painted US Navy grey. I would imagine a deuce or two had to be grey in the 50+ years they were in service. Every Navy deuce I've ever seen has been painted some sort of OD green or three-color forest pattern though...
