Can you post a part # for the butter relay, probably works smoother than napa unit.just kidding around a bit,I did the DH relay after a run away starter caused by me shutting my passenger door with no key in ignition, been OK since.
I have been thinking about plumbing my block heater from bottom rad.hose to a threaded cyl.head flange #1402-8949,think it would work better than running thru heater core.Or plumbing up front near thermostat, would keep all heat in block.Does anyone have thread size on the threaded block off...
This is why I disconnect batteries even if I change light bulbs,I see new fusable links in your future. It seems like even a simple task turns into a chore with the cucvs, until you own it for a few years and learn, learn and learn.
Wise choice going with yellows over reds, and buying local where you can return if batts. are bad. RuffStuff makes a nice battery box for them.I hope to replace my reds with yellow tops this week.
Like the 4 headlight setup, uppers for hi/lo and bottoms for fog or floods, nice grill cover also.I like my jatonka for stock setup. But will look into that 4 headlight set up.
I do have issues with batts. and a weakened IP,but Im working on those problems.I run rotella T6 oil which I really like for winter.Curious how using ether destroys GPs though?
Im still waiting for a good one from AZ,ordered and paid for mine 12-9-14.So far count is 6 alum.ones and 5-6 damaged brass/copper ones. They told me today call tomorrow when Boss is here, doesnt sound good.
Thanks Rick, I wish I lived closer also, its rough with no garage.Malibu lowered to much for winter.Would be kinda fun to throw snow tires on a 425hp Malibu tho.I remember a few years ago being able to get it out of storage in winter and driving it.
Thanks for all the excellent advice guys.Today I sold a spare 8.5 rear for a G-body for 600$.That will get me rolling in the right direction.$ is tight right now,but Im not broke. This truck will not get the best of me!
