why would you want to change the feed to the glow plugs? I have a feeling you do not understand how the system works. The soick feed wire comes from the 24V side and passes in to a resestor that drops it to 12V..... they did this so that both batteries supply the power and it will not drain the...

I would pick up a repair manual from the auto parts store. 1987 and down Chevrolet truck. That will get you going.

you dont want a tank heater or hose heater... Get a heater that replaces a freeze plug. You want to heat the block not the over flow tank or the radiator.

well thats not a "block" heater.. that is a coolant heater and they dont work worth a ****. if your going to install a heater do a freeze plug type.

a M1009 can cruse in first gear at 25 MPH no problem. If the timing is too Retarded it will act like that. Also Injectors and pump might be a little on the weak side. 1st.. make sure your not really in 3rd gear... slam it all the way down in 1st and up shift from there. 2ed rebuild the injectors...

there are NO fuses on a deuce. Just beakers. It sounds like the flasher unit might have taken a dump.

Take it to your auto mechanic and have the heater core replaced along with the rubber hoses.

over heating and just the plug braking down.
