Ill be changing out my starter on Saturday for another 24v GR,both are Chinese,The one Im pulling isn't fried,would it be worth it to have it rebuilt? Or just scrap it?
Im electricly stupid and my pump is wired to fuse box also,could you post some numbers for the relay best for this application.I did install relays for headlights and offroad lights but they came in kit.So I have no idea what I need relay wise.

Wise choice,I know what you are going thru,mine sat dormant for 6 months a while back because of runaway starter issue and burned up wireing harness,I loved the truck but felt overwhelmed. Once you get it figured out you will want another one.....
This is what I would do also.Deff. sounds like its starving for fuel.If it is mech. pump check the rubber line going from hard line near pump to the pump,mine had to tight of a bend and as time went by it squeezed off fuel to mech. pump more and more.Just something to check.I have since gone...
Yeah looks just like that,received today.Its still on the original placard.Also came with a quick connect fitting that goes on adaptor and has female threads for gauge to screw into.Will look at other gauges to see if compatable.

I celebrated to soon.Went out this morning at 530am motor wouldn't crank,solonoid clicking.Checked batts.,solonoid,and connections all good. Hit starter with hammer started right up! Time to order another starter.
Just got done replacing vacuum regulating valve(the one on the IP)
With cheap Chinese made SunPro vac./boost gauge 24inches from new/used pump,12 inches out of reg.valve,12 inches at transmission..My successes are starting to outweigh my defeats with my 1009.Finally!
