The way I understand it, you have to buy an item a certain way to leave feedback.
The only time I've ever had the option to leave feedback is when somebody hits the "commit to buy" button when they buy something. I never hit "commit to buy" when I buy something though. I just send the member a...
There's no way I'd fool with flipping the lunette at the GL lot. It will pull fine without flipping it.
It took me a half a day to flip one and I had all the proper tools. Had to heat the nut to get it free, beat the crap out of it and it still wouldn't move. I ended up backing the nut off and...
:ditto:
It really depends on your state. I know TN cops don't seem to care where you mount it as long as you mount it somewhere outside.
I re-drilled my plate and mounted it in existing holes in my mud flap (the metal part). I had to cut a couple of spacers out of pipe so it would clear the...
Aaron, That mod looks good but I'd be worried that all that extra weight would be hard on the detent when in high and could pop out of gear when you hit a bump or by the vibration when going down the road.
I'd check the frame number with the data plate. Something doesn't seem right. I'm pretty sure a M275 has too short of wheelbase to install a M109 box. So, either the frame has been stretched or the data plate is wrong.
Yes.
I did this same thing with my brother. He wanted a M1008 so I bought one for him. It would have been easier if he had set up an account and bid himself. I had to apply for sf97, get title in my name, and then transfer it to him. The good thing is that TN doesn't charge "gift" tax to close...
What do you mean by that? I was just stating the facts. :?
FWIW, If I was an admin there wouldn't be a 100 post rule and there would be a lot of other changes to the classifieds. But the fact is that I'm not so the rule is what it is. If you don't think this b**ching pisses off the mods just...
I'll admit I used to have a "never mind the mule, just load the wagon" attitude. I've hauled and pulled some crazy loads in the past (without incident) but in today's political climate it's just not worth it. Everybody nowdays is looking to sue somebody and there's no reason to give them a good...
About 50/50. Some locations are worse than others.
I've been lucky and never have had stuff stolen (that I know of) but it's easy enough to do at most locations if you're that kind person.
The admin has made it clear the rule isn't going to change anytime soon. B**ch post about it isn't going to change the rule (and we've had plenty of them lately).
That's the cold hard facts and this thread is just another in a long line of b**ch threads about the classifieds. :deadhorse:
The prices mentioned is a heck of a deal for that outfit. That trailer alone will go for over $100k new. If you needed a heavy hauling outfit that would be way cheaper than buying a commercial outfit.
Go real or go home!
Just kidding.
I know a fully functional M-60 will cost many times what the mule cost ($30K+). I have seen the advertized in Military Vehicles Mag as display (plastic) guns and propane fired guns.
