Well I have run into a little snafu.
The studs I ordered were shorter than the original ones. Can't return them as it was a special order item from napa. Got the part numbers from a thread on here, but that is in the past.
Put the hub assembly in the fmtv wheels and the stock studs don't even...
I've got all the inners of the hub soaking in a bucket of zep. I'll look at the nut later. The spindle looked fine from just glancing at it, I'll loom a little closer today.
I don't have the tm up in front of me, but is this the bolt that secures the inspection plate on the drum.

Let me figure this out and see how much I like the truck after I do all 6 and then I'll give you an...
People will laugh at this, but my wife is the far from mechanically inclined. Seeing her trying to help me with the belt on the deuce I brought to Fuzzy was a little hilarious, at the same time me trying not to cuss up a storm knowing she has no idea what I'm talking about.
Telling someone who...
Ok I want to post this as I'm out $200+ and I don't want anyone to run into the same issue.
These studs are actually shorter in total length than the stock studs on the 5 ton. Was under the impression it was the it was longer, and because it was a special order item from napa I'm now looking at...
