I just got a new rubber floor covering from Classic Industries for my 1009. It also came with the pad that goes under the rubber, (I think they call it 'jute'). Pretty much like the factory. Problem is, the pad looks to be absorbent, just like the factory. That is the #1 cause for rotten floors...
I saw your pics. Nice looking truck. I really like how the radio rack is mounted between the 2 front seats. It gives more room in the back seat, easier for the driver/passenger to use, and you can fold the rear seat up too.
Sam Winer in Ohio has the complete convoy light set up, but he also has just the beacons by themselves. They come ready to mount and are nos. About $30.
I had to replace one of mine so I got 2 extra's from him.

Adelmens in Ohio has them too. http://www.adelmans.com/
I had the starter short out on my 1008 years ago and caught the side of the engine on fire. I had no tools at the time to disconnect the batteries. Fire dept came and we got it out. Didn't damage too much, new starter, replaced all the wiring on right side of engine...... could have been worse...
I need a set of front blackout lights too, and I still need one more rear light. Prerunner helped me with one nos rear light. I have the brackets. Anybody? Thanks.
Does anyone make a canvas radio cover for an RT524? It woud be nice to be able to cover and protect it when the hard top is off of the 1009. I could always have something custom made but it would be easier if one already exists for the radio. I've seen them before for other radios. Thanks.
