Here is a pic of where I mounted my thermocouples. One reads the front 3 cylinders, the other reads the rear cylinders. There is a plenum in the center, don't drill there.
I just picked up a 1009 and it is missing the rear driveshaft. Are the civilian blazers the same? Is there a difference between shafts from a diesel and a gas blazer? Last question, does anyone have one with the yoke that they want to get rid of? Thanks.

Not much. A gasket between exhaust manifold and turbo, one between turbo exhaust pipe, and a couple small ones for the oil line fittings. Memphis will have what you need.
RDMiller, I've also got a D that I took off and replaced with a C. If you, or anyone else has a good C and wants to trade for a D, let me know. I have another duece that I would like to put a C on.

Glad to help. I paid around $250-$300 for mine and it has paid for itself many times over. That price range seems to be the going rate.
The bad part is that it now makes it too easy to drag projects home from the DRMO!!! :) :)
