oops you are correct... I had the 5th gear at .76.... its rally .85-1 overdrive.

Umm yeah with 16:00 tires and the cummins drive train at just a touch under 2200 RPM in 5th gear your going 70 MPH. 11:00 is 54 MPH max speed 14:00 is 64 MPH max speed 16:00 is 70 MPH max speed

A gauge mess with the performance? No there guy your safe. You can NOT use the OE switch to run a gauge, that is a on off switch it does not send any pressure signals. If you would like both the light and your new gauge to work go to the hardware store and make up a "T" fittings using brass...

why do a lot of people have the tow bars all the way out? I have never towed with it out at all.

Welcome to SS. A snorkel you will have to fab.. there are many members who have done so. Search "snorkel" and that should get the ball rolling on that. As for lights, kinda the same way. You can wire in a "stock civy" dome light, or add anything you want. on a side note, were you NG?

ONLY brake the jam nut loose (a thin 1/2 in wrench will HELP!!) and turn the inner nut. DO NOT ROTATE THE SHAFT...
