yes you can get them at a std. parts store. I dont remember which width the shoes are though. Its one of the standard 1ton brake packages. I'm sure someone will chime in with the info for ya.

I tried putting the large filter on my truck and you cant even get it to thread on since it hits the crossover pipe. Boy was that fun to find out after filling the filter full of oil.
My spare engine that had the banks turbo on it came with the long filter on...
if none of the lights work, check fuses first, then it could be a relay under the dash that went bad. I doubt that its a grounding issue because each corner of the truck lighting has its own ground to the body. the main body to chassis ground is on the passenger side of the engine compartment...

i still havent flipped it yet, but i think i'm gonna try backing the nut off some and driving down my buddies dirt road. if that doesnt do it then out comes the air hammer.
kenny, the only issue is that the adapter to mate the rangebox to the 205 costs around $600.
and the 208 sucks, aluminium case and chain driven. the worst in thing is the nylon wear pads on the friggin shifters (oh wait, the shift forks are aluminium) that wear out and then the case pops out...
