I hooked my air horn up to the regular horn circuit, so my horn button on the steering wheel still triggers the horn. I hope your careful with the GP's on a regular switch like that, i use a push button switch so there is no way the gp's can be left on by accident.
you mainly want to intercool to compensate for high boost, since higher boost levels raises the temp of the imcoming air alot. the deuces arent by any means a high boost engine, so I'm not sure how noticeable the power gains would be
true, but a cucv can tow another. its just an idea for us to meet up with the main group a little further on then the current meeting points were. like armada met up with us this year.

I agree with ida34 on the diagnosis, I am unsure if you need to pull the steering column apart to get to the switch though. I would disconnect the ground from the front battery until you are ready to fix this, otherwise it will drain your front battery.

If you cant find a trailer, just finding a tow dolly would be fine. If you go with the tow dolly put the tranmission in PARK, and the transfer case in NEUTRAL. Then be sure the front hubs are in the FREE position and pull the rear driveshaft. Then you will be good to go.
I also have a air horn setup on my cucv. the stock horn sucks, it hardly sounds like it belongs on a truck. I mounted my horns on the inside of the drivers fender, just curious to see where you have yours mounted.

I am unsure if they ran the ground into the truck or just onto the radiator support.

the 3" re-center means that the rims would have an offset of roughly 4" (7" reuglar offset for humvee rims minus the 3" change)
