Ok. #1.. if one broke you think the other one was in good shape? You would have to really make that thing tight to brake a belt. Like know your doing some thing wrong. When you tighten belts there should be 1- 1.5 inch of travel in the belt. (up and down) and worst case you trashed your engine...
hot pink is a good choice.... but really semi gloss or flat. we use whatever we have hanging around. But semi is the norm I think.. I sure there will be more input.....
If the pump was replaced/rebuilt it might have to be "tuned". I would turn up the fuel a touch and see if that helps. And where is this blow by coming from? the exhaust or crankcase vent tube?
we use diesel here on post.. now I have seen the Fuel caps on the M998's and M11... (hummers) state "diesel, Jp8" i would think that it wont hurt a 6.5 it wont hurt a 6.2... just add a quart of motor oil or trans fluid to lube her up.
I have only had to cut off one set of drums in my 16 years as a tech. if there shot just beat it with a hammer.. and not a nailing hammer! A rear hammer, a automotive hammer. If you are trying to save them hit the drum on the axle flange face and it will pop loose. Soaking it helps if you can...
really sounds like you have a ton of air and low on coolant. Make sure to cram as much in the radiator as you can, I mean FILL IT UP TILL YOU CANT ANY MORE! bleed out the air at the heater valve and try it again. Any "extra" coolant will puke out the vent. But when you think its full most of the...
