I have tested that batteries with the engine off and while running, they seem with tolerences. When engine is off they both read 12.6-12.8 volts while running they both read about 14.7. I am thinking that its the connection from the second battery to the 24v bus bar, also I think that the...

    Injection pump

It could also be the small mechanical fuel pump that is located on the passenger side of the engine below the exhaust manifold on the side on the block. Mine had a small issue with hard starts, so the first thing that i replaced was the pump (its called the lift pump). It only costs about $15...

    engine question

the reason for the block redesign was to address a cracking issue in the water jacket on the passenger side of the engine block. under boost the 6.2L block just doesnt have the amount of metal in one spot to prevent cracking under prolonged high pressures. You can use a turbo on a 6.2, you just...

I have read that you can use compressed air into the glow pulg hole, with and magnet down the injector hole, don't use a lot of pressure ( only about 15 psi or so) just enough to move the tip around if you can't get it with just the magnet

    NATO Slave Recepticle

I work with computer networking equip. everyday, I know how electricity works. But, I have reservations about one of the chargers grounding out to the frame. The front of the truck vibrates when the truck is in motion or idleing. I just don't want to take the chance of a charger grounding versus...

    NATO Slave Recepticle

I see your point, but i dont feel that the savings would be worth the risk of frying the charger and starting a fire in my truck.
