I am going to get the genset that i bought from mangus, and taking a set of axles there with me. One of his buddies wants em. I am curious if customs would give me a hassle over the 2 axles in the bed going to NY or the genset on the way back? going through Canada would cut around 3 hours off...
I'd reccomend finding getting a budddy with a pcikup to tow you to you rhouse for further repairs, pull the starter and have it tested at a shop. Most places test for free and will tell you itf anything is wrong with it.
i would recommed that you get the truck running and then put in about a double dose of additive and drive the truck around for a while to get it mixed in really well, if you use just the antigel then any extra won't hurt the engine at all. You could use starting fluid to get her to start, IF YOU...

but you wouldn't be dropping the voltage to the plugs, just from the 24v out of the GP relay to the small resister to cut the voltage in half to the voltage sense wire, my buddy works at radio shack. I'll have him pick me up a few resisters and use the multimeter.
I have my plugs setup on a manual switch, no controller ( right now the controller is hooked up to the rest of the wires though, I just hold the switch until the light goes out.) just an idea. would make more sense though. should be able to wire in a small resister to feed the voltage sense wire...
