sounds like bad master...... seen it a 100 times.. a good pump/tap and your all good. I know you said you rebuilt it but it sure sounds like the cups are bad or they are flipping inside the bore.
PB blaster and soak the snot out of it... could be carbon. Let it sit for a day or two and try it again. But one way or the other sounds like you will need to replace one injector.
the air sound is ok... the 800's vent the air pack air to the out side while the deuce vents it in to the vent line system. sounds like maybe the master cylinder is starting to go out. They will work one min and there will be nothing there the next. It does not sound like a "brake fade' you...
the correct autozone #'s are above. The M1009 tank is 25 gallon. Really any size tank should fit just need to get the straps and sender for the size tank you want.
why on earth would you want to go to the dealership and get a fuel tank? you must have lots of $$$$$. JC Whitney has the tanks and senders along with Autozone and all the other auto parts places. If you can find a "S.P.I" wholesaler or a "automotive cooling specialist" that would be the place to...
well here the deal.. sense Im hurt (my back is toast) I am on Rear "D". I can not go on leave when everyone else in gone on block leave... so I can go before or after..... they all leave in July so that means I can go in June.
mine did the same thing.. I replaced the gov and no workie... what happened is there is a little screen in the valve body that filters the fluid to the gov.. it was clogged up. so take the valve body out.. take it all apart and clean it
well 285 hp out of a multi fuel? I dont know how strong the crank and rods are. I know there multi in the 8x8 was over 200.. think it was in the 210 range. I would say go for it.. but dont be too upset if you blow the bottom out of the engine. Also I know the head bolts are not great at all...
its a little tricky but you can do it. Just take some working at it to get the nuts out. And I will get to KS as soon as I get out of the Army..... we thinking about 6 months or so lol
