I do not know the numbers but from what I hear there a PITA to find and ones that can be made to work.... I think wreckerman has a set on one of his trailers or 109 trucks.... maybe.. lets hope he pops in .
well for off roading a diesel is great! No spark plugs, carburetors, ignition wires or parts to get wet or melted on a hot exhaust manifold, wont flood out when going up or down steep hills or kicked to the side. Really if you are installing a gas just because you know nothing about diesels is...
You put a 24V starter back in it? You put the support strap back on the rear of the starter?
All the cables good and clean and tight? Does the starter turn over if you jump the terminals with a screw driver or something?
well you have to make sure the TPS is adjusted correct.. you can adjust it by moving it on the IP or the head of it screws up and down. Might have to play with it..... most of the time you twist the TPS to the front and you get less Vacuum and to the fire wall more Vacuum

sure sounds like you already check all it could be. Take it off and take it apart.. most of the time a good cleaning and sane the contact points and your good to roll for a while longer.
I remove the rear drive shaft on mine during longer road trips.. you get more MPG's and its a lot ezer to turn. Only thing is you will spin a tire a bit when taking off from a hill or wet roads... but that is what the front axle is for. lock it in when taking off from stops or hills when towing...
you can tow for short distances (under 50 miles) with out taking the drive shafts off. I have over 5000 miles in Flat towing cucv's both 09 and 08's. all you have to do is put the T case ONLY!!! in N and leave the trans in Park. If you are going over 50 miles you MUST remove the REAR drive...
