well the M211 does have the double spring packs in the rear. It can hold a LOT more then a M35 type deuce.
O and Lone.. the wiring harness on my M211 is 100% shot. I was planing on wiring it myself... really ez only a couple circuits.I was thinking of 12V just to make things ez with lights...
yeah there was a wright up on the new ones.. D-max diesel.. 4 inch lift.. dual opt batts, ac all the good stuff. I know my unit will get them when they go to scrap in 20 years..
6.2 V8 Diesel would be a good choice too.. well just need 3 or 4 of them. Really I would go for a NHC-250.. you can get the engines for 1000 bucks or so and its military so you all good.
really..... well the drive shafts will not work. The 700 is longer. The transfer case will have to be changed to a unit that had a 700 or 350 in front of it along with the spacer. cross member can be moved to fit where it needs to be. you will also need the linkage for the injection pump to...
you can get new High performance injectors (the internal parts, springs, spray head ect.. ) for around 80 bucks for the set. All you have to do is take the injector apart and slap the new guts in. Its really ez!
Not to be a downer, but that wont help very much unless you mount it to the frame and not the body. I have seen first hand a cage punch right through the body. You might be using some heavy pipe but with out a solid mount it might look good but not offer any protection.
well the little trailers (under 2 ton) most have the air over hydro or a surge braking system or no brakes at all. Most that are over 2.5 ton are full air brakes and any that is 5th wheel towed is air only. To make sure just look.
you can try but it prob going to not be just right and grind the teeth off the starter when it passes over the welded teeth. I mean if your good with a welder and a file go for it! I would try it in a min if I could avoid replacing the flex plate.
