you should NOT run a 14:00 tire. you need a 12.5 x 20 or 14.5 x 20. A 14:00 tire could and will rub under heavy axle movement in the rear. you can run a 12.5x20 and a 11:00 NDT tire if need be. only use the radial in the front.. never put NDT's on the front and use Radials in the rear.
it was in the 275 range Now thats dealer cost.. figure around 350 or so for a retail cost. A good shop should be able to slam a "custom" dual for around 300-400 ish so really its up to you your right in the middle.
There was a figure of 15 hp the fan takes to run at WOT. The fan broke off on my deuce during a road trip (yeah like fin by fin) I ran the truck for a month or two with no fan at all. Could not really tell a difference.
I have installed a couple full kits from Walker. They fit really well... only "thing" is the hangers are kinda a pain in the butt to get but its ez enough to use universals or make your own. But as the pipe fitment is 100%.
:ditto: The head bolts stretch even with stock turbos. With a big cylinder pressure boost Im sure your going to have some problems. I understand turning up the fuel some, making sure the valves are adjust just right, larger air cleaners and all the new type of filters, adjusting the timing...

:ditto: been there done that with the vent line... takes a while but it works.. the rear of the truck will take 2.5 quarts of gear oil. I just did mine last week. you put 2.5 quarts and your good to roll.
