you should make sure your controller is not stuck on. Strange to have "lots" of bad plugs. Been in the Auto buzz for 15 years and never seen that before. One and twos yes but thats about it.
my Garmin said I hit 89.5 MPH in my 09 the other week. The needle was past 85 so I know I was moving. It felt like it had a little more to go yet.
the next CUCV will be a 08 and a 12" lift is on order.... hint hint
your pump is going south... mine is that way also. I just added some "snake oil" and let it warm up before I drive it. I know I will have to replace it someday but I hope to do that when I get home and out of the Army.
you be ok as long as you keep the temp down to 1100* or so. That does seam a touch high in the PSI but not out of this world. You should be good to go .. just drive smart
well start first at the fuel and air filter. Could be a pick up pump going to snot or a main Injection pump. With out seeing the truck it is hard to tell. But start with the cheap EZ fix and work your way up.
thats not going to solve your problem. the 24V system is very ez to work with if you have the right TM's (repair manual) I have installed 12V starters in the cucv's before by moving the main power wire to the starter off the junction block and on to the + of the first battery. Only problem is...
well there is a set screw just like on a carb. #1 open hood #2 take off air cleaner # 3 use screw to adjust idle up. should be on the driver side of the pump.
there the same as the civy 6.2 diesel. just ask for one for a 1985 full size blazer with the diesel engine. get the 195 stat.
Part Number: 15479 Weight: 0.15 lbs...
yes you cant go to the NAPA and pick up 6TL's. you can buy them in the civy world but not too many people stock them. you can install different ones.. just pick a high cold cranking amp top post and give it a try.
well the stock battery is a 6TL. there about 150 bucks. There is no direct Replacement the 6TL is a 6TL. there are conversion kits from www.odiron.com to use a regular auto battery. I use just some huge ass top post and clamp them down with the stock plates. With a little reworking you can use...
Really G102.. I have a M813A1 and you really think that little glow plug is worth a ****? Even when working its like peeing on a forest fire.
So anyway The light should be on, check the bulb step #1. test if there is power to the GLOW plug step #2 take out the GLOW plug and test it. step #3...
well if they are selling the M1 tank you know what that means..... The M1 has been around for a while, I bet there will be a new one coming out.
